THIS YEAR'S BRIEF, FROM RICHARD TAYLOR
“Imagine a New Zealand city of 2040 – a city of utopian design and construction. How do you imagine the city looks from the fashion and architecture, to the automotive (cars, trucks, public transport) and signage? You can focus on one element or conceptually design the cityscape with all aspects included.
And of course: by the year 2040 we may have made contact with extra-terrestrials who are now living among us! Think of the city not only being occupied by humans but also a x-species population.”
